Bulbs And Spare Parts (3)

Bulbs are not included with the chandeliers (in general). You would need to purchase them elsewhere.

Yes, but on a custom order basis. We can obtain the parts needed from our suppliers. Please contact us.

The specific bulb you need will be clearly listed on the product page of your particular chandelier. Please make sure you buy the correct bulb.

There are 4 standard types:

E14 – 14mm diameter, Small Edison Screw Cap (SES)

E27 – 27mm diameter, Edison Screw Cap (ES)

B15 – 15mm diameter, Small Bayonet Cap (SBC)

B22 – 22mm diameter, Bayonet Cap (BC)

Yes, You may place the order anywhere in the world, but the items must be delivered inside of the UK.

We offer free delivery on all orders above £50. Please note that there maybe additional charges for United Kingdom locations outside of the continent island. (Inclusive of Northern Island, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Scottish Islands)

If the products are “In Stock”, then in general they will ship out within 24 hours, but it can vary depending on availability from suppliers. Most suppliers also provide next day delivery so the majority of our orders are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours from order placement. Please contact us to check beforehand if the order is time sensitive.

Yes, you just need to use your lucky person’s mailing address during the check out process.

We do not offer our own warranty. You will have to contact the manufacturer of your ordered product to find out.

No, feel free to order as much or as little as you wish.

We accept all major credit cards via our secure third party check out partner – Stripe. Rest assured that your data is encrypted and sensitive payment details are not stored on our website.

Returns (5)

As we work directly with the manufacturers, the manufacturers themselves do charge (in most cases) restocking fees. Please refer to our Returns Policy to see what the restocking fees are per manufacturer. Please note that we do not make any type of margin from the restocking fees, we are purely charging what the manufacturer lists as their own fees without any markup.

Please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] for instructions on how to return a product. It is very important to note that you must NOT return any items to our Central London office location. You will be unfortunately held liable for sending the product to the wrong location.
